Meet Dr. Rosie
Irene “Rosie” Muratides, DO Board Certified, Internal Medicine
Dr. Rosie is a board-certified internal medicine physician who believes exceptional healthcare begins with meaningful relationships. She is passionate about getting to know her patients beyond their medical histories, understanding their individual goals, and providing thoughtful, personalized care that extends far beyond the traditional office visit.
Born and raised in South Tampa, she studied Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Florida, earned her medical degree from LECOM Bradenton, and practiced as a hospitalist before founding Bayshore Rose to bring a more personal approach to medicine back to the neighborhood she loves.

What is concierge medicine?
A membership-based practice. Dr. Rosie cares for a deliberately limited number of patients, so every member gets direct access, longer appointments, and care that looks ahead instead of catching up.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Membership covers your care with Dr. Rosie; insurance remains important for care outside the practice, such as specialists, imaging, hospital care, and prescriptions.
How much does membership cost?
Please contact our office for additional information about membership pricing and enrollment. Call or text (813) 730-4924.
Can I contact Dr. Rosie after hours?
Yes! Accessibility is an important part of the Bayshore Rose experience. Members can contact Dr. Rosie directly for urgent medical concerns after hours. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
What ages do you see?
Bayshore Rose Concierge Medicine provides care for adults ages 18 and older.
What happens if I need specialist or hospital care?
We are happy to assist with coordinating specialist appointments and additional medical care when needed. Specialist visits and hospital services are not included in the membership fee.
If you are hospitalized, Dr. Rosie will remain involved in your care by helping coordinate communication with your hospital care team, advocating for your needs, and supporting a smooth transition back home.
What happens at the meet & greet?
It’s a complimentary, no-obligation conversation with Dr. Rosie. Ask questions, see the office, and learn how the practice works, then decide whether it’s the right fit.
Who is the practice a good fit for?
Adults, ages 18 and older, who want a closer relationship with their physician and a more proactive approach to their long-term health.
Is membership really limited?
Yes. To preserve meaningful physician access and a high level of personalized care, Bayshore Rose Concierge Medicine will accept a limited number of members.
